History Research
Historic properties in North Omaha should be treated as signature sales and purchases. To help facilitate this, I research and write historical outlines for homeowners and home sellers for properties north of Dodge to the Washington County line and east of 72nd to the river. I don’t guarantee the length of the write up, but I generally spend 10 hours and put together at least 500 words about the house and property, with contextual information about the neighborhood. This typically costs $250 per address, but prices may vary.
